QUALITY AND FLAVOR

Exploring the Northwest

The Pacific Northwest is well known for delectable, locally produced foods and beverages, attracting ‘foodies’ to sample the many flavors that it has to offer.

At the Northwest Food and Beverage World expo, over a hundred food and beverage companies set up alongside four hundred industry suppliers to highlight the local talents that the Northwest has produced.

This exhibition is an opportunity to check out new technology and equipment for the food production, packaging, hygiene, safety, and preparation. Educational sessions, design, construction services are available for companies within the food handling industry.

Walking amidst the booths, attendees sample the Northwest through a variety of treats from mouth watering garlic spreads and locally made honey to specialized cocktails and delightful coffee. Whether you’re a supplier, a producer, or just a foodie, the Northwest Food and Beverage World expo is a great place to be!

MATERIAL HANDLING IN THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE WORLD

Check out our Willamette Valley Ag Expo post to see how forklifts help the agriculture industry get many ingredients into the food system.

From there, much of the work takes place indoors, requiring electric material handling equipment including pallet jacks, order pickers, and forklifts. The food and beverage industry relies on material handling equipment to get the ingredients to the consumer’s table so they can enjoy the high quality flavors of the Pacific Northwest.
